This function is used to create a playlist in an Apple application. All files linked in the current file selection will be placed into the playlist. Playlist names follow the Apple App Playlist Naming Conventions.
The supplied name string may contain any of the escape sequences described in Escape Sequences.
By default, entries are placed into the produced playlist in the order in which the tracks are sorted. This reflects the current order displayed in the main window or when batch processing, the default sort order. If you want to have the order randomized you can select the Randomize track order option.
This function is not valid while executing in Grouped mode.
Note that if the playlist already exists the previous contents will be lost.
