MusicBrainz Release Ids can be extracted from AcoustID data and acoustic fingerprinting. Determining a Discogs Release Id can be problematic as there is no direct linkage between the AcoustID data and Discogs releases. This function uses a track's MusicBrainz Release Id to lookup a release on MusicBrainz and attempts to find an associated Discogs release.
The function ignores all tracks which have a Discogs Release Id or do not have a MusicBrainz Release Id. Note that the Settings-MusicBrainz Aggressively Search for Discogs Release Id option is treated as if always on.
