Individual items can be extracted from a list via the List Item at Index/Sublist statement. If your list is a list of lists you might wish to have a list of all elements in a column. For example if you have a key-value list produced via a List Key statement, you essentially have a list of two columns. Using this statement you could extract column 0 of the key-value list and have a resultant list suitable for enumeration via a Repeat With statement.
Note that a single item is inserted into the list for every row in the source list. If the column number is invalid for a particular row, an empty item will be inserted. If you wish to remove empty elements you can always run the result list through a Build List statement.
If the remove option is enabled, the column will be removed from the source list.
