This function is used to search for tracks with a bit rate less than a certain value. The value entered is in kbits/second.
Files with VBR encoding will be ignored if the Ignore VBR files option is set.
When the mode is Test, the action test state will be set to true whenever a track's bit rate is less than the specified value.
When the mode is Report, the Action Pending Window will be displayed whenever a track's bit rate is less than the specified value. When running batched, the information will be logged.
The function stops in stepwise mode if any selected file contains more than one of the specified items.
