Use the File>Open Track Playing in menu to open a track currently playing (or paused) in an application for which there is as installed open track player interface. The open track player interfaces for iTunes, Music and TV will also link the playing track. Depending on the Open Mode other files in the same folder may be opened as well.
Open track player interfaces are files with a .yatepi filename extension. These files are supplied in a single zip file on the Yate Resources Page in the Templates section.
You can download and unzip the file to your Downloads folder by the Download Player Interfaces menu item.
To install a new open track player interface select Install Player Interfaces... from this menu and choose one or more unzipped .yatepi files.
You can also install player interfaces by opening .yatepi files in the Finder or by dragging .yatepi files to the main window's file list area.
To remove an open track player interface, hold down the Shift key and select an item on the menu.
