Delete Selected Files

This action attempts to move selected files to the trash. If a file cannot be moved to the trash, an attempt will be made to delete it. Warning are emitted before deleting a file. The action attempts to approximate the way the Finder handles file deletions.

The action cannot be run through the Batch Processor.

It is safe to call this action from another. Note that the action always terminates action execution and will not return to a caller. You can constrain which files get removed by an appropriate File Availability statement.
