Multi File Editor Copy Extensions

Two actions are provided to extend the Multi Field Editor's Copy function to support the copying of values in named Comments or UDTIs.

The actions support case insensitivity and the optional remove of the source items after copying.

The actions must be run from the Multi Field Editor.
