Sample Plex Rename Templates

The following rename templates are included:

Plex - Filename: The filename is renamed to either ddtt - Title or tt-Title. dd is the disc number and tt is the track number.
Plex - Folders & Filename: The filename is renamed as above. The containing folders are renamed to Album Artist/Album.

As of Yate v9.0, these templates are bundled with an action. This is so they can be directly installed on the Settings - Rename - Settings panel.
