The layout manager is displayed from the main window table header's context menu Saved Column Layouts>Manage Saved Layouts... item. The column display which was saved to a named item on the Saved Column Layouts menu is loaded when the item is clicked.
You can create, update, remove and rename column layouts from this panel. When a named layout is created or updated it retains the layout of the currently displayed columns. A column's width is also retained for all visible columns.
The + button creates a new named layout which represents the current column display.
The - button removes all selected named layouts.
The ⬆︎ button, updates the selected named layout to the current column display.
The Done button closes the panel.
The Apply button closes the panel and applies the selected item.
If you rename an item and it is referenced in a named UI Layout, it will be updated.
