The Toolbar Layout Manager is displayed from the application's Window menu when the Toolbar Layouts>Manage Saved Layouts... item is selected.
You can create, update, remove and rename saved named toolbar layouts from this panel.
The + button creates a new named layout which represents the current toolbar.
The - button removes all selected named layouts.
The ⬆︎ button, updates the selected named toolbar layout to the current toolbar.
The Done button closes the panel.
The Apply button closes the panel and applies the selected item.
If you rename an item and it is referenced in a named UI Layout, it will be updated.
