I would assume that you would want an Album database. When you define the columns in Settings - Export Sets, include a column called Wanted (or whatever). In the list of columns click on the + and select special Export Fields>OOB. I'm attaching a screen shop of a sample Album db's export set with a Wanted column.

If easiest way to create the database is to use the Create Database Utility which is available on the web resources page. Help>Resources (Sample Actions, Templates, Documentation).

Once you have the db you can create new rows manually to add the albums you want. Check the Wanted column. You wil be able to sort on Wanted and include it in any filters that you do. FOr example you can easily hide all have or wanted columns.

If you need more information, provide a list of the columns that you'd like to have in the database.

If you already have an album database, you can add a Wanted column from the db's column header context menu item Add Yes/No Column
