Hello everyone,

I have tried for several days with the "Create Move Action Wizard" function.
But I don't get to my ends. 🙄

I have a unique folder that contains files from a multi-disk album.

I would like to create sub-folder corresponding to the different discs. (Disk1 folder and Disk2 folder for example).

And then he moves the files corresponding to the discs in the subfolders.

Do the tracks have Disc and Track metadata or do I have to strip it from the filenames? Are the disc folders created in the initial folder or elsewhere?

Hello 2MR2,

The tracks have disc and track metada that come from Discogs Wizard.
Disk folder should be created in the initial folder

The action is named Move to Disk Folders

Select as many files as you want. They can be in different folders. ie. the action can handle multiple folders at a time.

All tracks already in folders named Disk ## are ignored.

Every other track will be moved to a subfolder named Disk ##. If a track's Disc field has an integer <= 0, 1 is assumed.

Give it a try. It worked for me in my tests.
