I wanted to move my music files from a local drive to a network volume. I attempted to do this via "Consolidate Library" in iTunes, and it got some % through the operation then failed. Given this is hundreds of GB of files that need moving, I guess I'm not really surprised.

It may be worth noting that I use iTunes Match (or whatever it's called) so all of these tracks are flagged as "downloaded" in iTunes.

I was able to sync my local files to the network volume using an rsync-like tool. Of course, iTunes doesn't know about the files on the network volume and still references the local files.

What are my options for synchronizing the filepaths?

I was thinking there'd be some way to use Yate to batch-lookup tracks in iTunes and update the filepath, but I'm unsure how to do that. Is there a better method?
