The most common cause of this error message is making changes to the tag information in Yate and then attempting to link to iTunes. Always link to iTunes before you make changes.

If this is not the case....

Yate uses a variety of matching algorithms to associate a file with a track in iTunes. The error message means that based on the current values of the 'Album', 'Artist' and 'Title' fields in the file, Yate cannot find a corresponding entry in iTunes.

If you believe that the file is currently in iTunes, it could be a number of issues. At least one of the mentioned fields is different and this could be due to editing the file in a different tagger. Alternately, it could mean that the fields were changed in iTunes in an earlier version where it didn't automatically write the changes back to the files. If you can manually locate the track in iTunes, do a Get Info and verify the track's location. (The Get Info should also refresh iTunes' data). You can also drag the track from iTunes into Yate which will load whatever iTunes is referencing.

If all fails, you can always add the file to iTunes from Yate, by File>Add to iTunes. You can always check for what looks to be a duplicate in iTunes later.

I hope this helps.

Clear. I thought that this button adds the newly processed tracks to the library itunes. Is there such a function?

We differentiate between adding tracks and linking to tracks already in iTunes. The File menu (or context menu) 'Add to iTunes' item adds new content to iTunes. There is an associated 'Add to iTunes' toolbar item which you can enable via customizing the toolbar (Window>Customize toolbar). You can also do this is an action via the 'Link to iTunes' function which has an 'Add and Link' option.

Thank you. Another question. Is this possible to combine fields Genre and Mood when receive info from Discogs? For example, I have some dubstep release, then I want to fill tags with Discogs. I perform search, select one and I see that my genre is Electronic and Mood is Dubstep. All I want is genre Electronic / Dubstep.

The simplest way to do this is to have an action you run after the Discogs wizard. This can be done with a single line in an action:

Create a new action. Select the 'Append Text' function. Set the 'optional text to append' field to ' / '. Set the 'Optional field to append' button to 'Mood'. For a destination field, select 'Genre'. Click on Add. If you want you could add a second line to clear the contents of the Mood field. Select 'Clear fields' with Mood as the destination and click on Add. When you've finished specifying the action, click on Done.

After running the Discogs wizard and you want to combine the fields, simply run the created action. If you don't want to have to manually select the files to interact with the action you could specify the 'All Files' option in the list of actions.
