Batch processing wizard not going into subfolders

Normal topicBatch processing wizard not going into subfolders

When I run the batch processing wizard using either my own actions or the preloaded actions, the actions won't search into subfolders. Is there an option for this I am missing?

There must be something in your action which is causing it to terminate. A Cancel or Stop statement would do this. Create a one line action as described in the image below. Run it through the Batch Processor. You will see that you get a prompt for each folder containing audio files.

Sorry I missed the part about the pre-loaded actions.

I assume you're running the 'Batch Processor Wizard' from the Actions menu. The wizard always looks at all subfolders. When running through the UI, only loaded files are processed.

Please try the above action as follows. (Make sure UI is selected as in the previous image).

- from the Actions menu select 'Batch Processor Wizard'
- choose the one liner described above
- drag over your root folder
- The 'Save' and 'Verbose' options will have no effect with the described action
- Hit Start
