I just tagges this release: http://www.discogs.com/Algoritmo-Indus-EP/release/176870
It’s a vinyl release and the track numbers are: A1, A2, B1, B2.
Yate translates all of them to 0.
It would be nice if Yate could either write them as they are (A1,…) or number them (A1 = 1, A2 = 2, B1 = 3,…).

Hmm, when I import against this release I'm getting Disc 1 track 1, Disc 1 track 2, Disc 2 track 1, Disc 2 track 2. This is what I would expect. Yate has always treated 'sides' as discs. (If people are interested I can add an option to treat A-B-C, etc. sides as the same disc). Not sure what we're doing different that results in you getting 0. Please check the following: In the wizard please verify that Track Numbers is not unchecked. Also in Preferences-Discogs make sure that 'only import missing data' is not checked.
