Normal topic.csv file output with weird characters?

Hi,

I've successfully exported album and track databases for my record. Both, however contain some weird characters in a few fields...specifically Album, Title, and others. For example:

When I’m Gone
The Road I’m On
Sarah Yellin’.

All of the above are missing an apostrophe (When I'm Gone, The Road I'm On, Sarah Yellin').

Is there a setting to change so that the export includes apostrophes and other such punctuation?

Thx.

If you are producing and viewing the database in Yate and specifying an encoding of UTF-8 when creating the database all will be well.

If you're viewing the database in a different application such as Excel, you have to make sure that the CSV file is being read as UTF-8 otherwise it will apply its own encoding and mess up accented characters.
