Ah! Right... Apologies for the confusion.

In the past, in some instances, I have been into your actions & made variations on them, where the change was something I could understand & where it was a slightly different requirement that I didn't want to bother you with.

So it is that I took your initial "cover image file importing" action & modified it for a number of different file types/naming conventions. (In the past I've had entire box sets where the cover images were, for example, PNGs & it was quicker than re-saving each one as a JPG.)

My workflow has evolved and these days I'd almost certainly steer everything towards each cover image being a file with a unique name that ends in "_Cover.jpg" so I almost never use any of the other ones.

I'll check out the action above & report back. In the meantime, here's a screenshot of the actions I now have, based off your original.
