Hi 🙂

I just would like to know if there's a way to get the total time of the selected files appearing at the bottom of the main window (see the screenshot) through an action ?

I'm able to get the total time in ms ... but I can't see a way to get that value as displayed in the main window (mm:ss) 🙂

If it's not possible, I can prompt myself and manually save it while the action I'm writing runs so that's not an issue ...

But, just in case there's actually a way and I just can't find it, I thought I would still ask 🙂

I've uploaded an action named Calculate Total Time. You can download it at:

https://2manyrobots.com/actions/Calculate-Total-Duration.zip

The action calculates the total time as returned by the Date Functions statement's Duration from ms function.

You can call the action as is and the value will be returned in named variable 'Total Time'. No other named variables are used and all track variables are preserved.

Run action 'Calculate Total Duration'
