A possible improvement…
Apparently the lists used for autocompletion are put in some cache at startup. When you add a new item in one of the lists during tagging, this new item is not available for autocompletion for next album tags (but it is in the list). If you quit the application and open it again, then the new item is found in autocompletion. If it is a cache question, the cache should be updated when a new item is added.

I must be doing something different. Are you adding while editing by Auto-accumulate (set in preferences)? Are you manually adding items to the list in preferences? .... or are you adding via an action?

I'll take a deeper look.

Hi, the issue has been replicated, not by me 🙂

We can make it happen when filling the lists via an action. It is not a caching problem as such but rather the lists are only supposed to be updated when an action has finished...and that is not happening.

I only use auto-accumulate.
