I friend made me a compilation of so-called lullabies for our child (including Korn, Pitchshifter and Sepultura...), which I would like to randomise, track-number-wise. I know, I could use the shuffle function every time, but I'd like to have the compilation quasi randomised to begin with.

Is there a random function available that I could fill the track field with? At first glance I did not find any but then again I am still learning the action system.

Sometimes an idea simply makes so much sense 🙂 I'm always creating playlists which have too much linearity due to the way I add to them.

I can see a number of operations: Randomize the display (UI only); Randomize when creating iTunes playlists; Randomize when creating m3u playlists and a Renumber to Random (more than likely actions only).

I'll add it in ASAP.
