I'm seeing a minor focus bug in the Preferences window when getting to Shortcuts using the arrow keys on the keyboard.

The focus indicates that Shortcuts is active and not an actual shortcut preference in the right-pane. However, pressing the up or down arrow keys returns an error that the arrow key cannot be a shortcut. (This assumes that a category like File is expanded. If nothing is expanded, once I get to Shortcuts, up and down arrow do nothing.)
