I have a folder full of mp3 and mp4 files, but would only like the mp3s to be processed. What's the best way to have Yate ignore the mp4 files? I seem to have been searching through preferences and actions for ages, I'm probably missing something obvious - sorry!

Set Action Test State from File Type

This function is used to set the action test state based on the type of file being processed. (m4a, m4v and mp4 files all fall under mpeg-4). The action test state is set to true if any of the files being processed are one of the selected file types, otherwise it is set to false. Remember that when running groupwise only one file is being processed at a time.

To use the above and do anything meaningful, you will more than likely have to run groupwise and process a file at a time:

Forced Group Execution
Set the action test state to true for audio type: mp3
if true
.... processing
end if
