I downloaded a plugin from here. I need to know where on a Mac I load it. It's called SetDiscNumbers.plist

Once you have the file unzipped you need to load it into Yate via import preferences in the menu. After you've imported the file it will be available to run as an action. You can access actions either from the toolbar or the menu.
