By running the discogs-wizard on this release (http://www.discogs.com/Koreless-Yugen/release/4581026), the disc-number seems to be false.

I translate 'A' to 1 and 'B' to 2. You'll notice that the track numbers restart from 1 when the B disk kicks in. If you do not prefer separate disks, which I personally never use, there is an action function called Flatten Discs which gets rid of them. You can even do it directly in the wizard by clicking on the function button and selecting 'Renumber Eliminating Discs'.
