Hey Folks,

Wonder if someone can point me in the right direction or give me some examples.

Workflow is tons of concerts in folders based on a band and then album (show date)

I was looking to see if I would be able to perform the following but can't seem to figure out the Bit Depth in the path.

/Artist/Year/BitDepth/Album

BitDepth 16 or 24
.

I'm also doing this for Track2-Title which I wouldn't need to do if I were able to get the folder setup correctly.

The Move statement only allows three fields to be specified separately in the UI. However, the Specified base path can contain escape sequences to increase the number of path components that can be created. Further, the Bit Depth property can be used if it is in a Variable.

In the attached image, I'm specifying the Artist path component directly. You can insert Yate fields directly by right clicking in the text field and clicking on Insert Yate FIeld followed by the desired field. Year is then specified inline followed by Variable 0 and Album. The only advantage to the inline fields as opposed to doing it on the path is that you have the ability to provide placeholders.

Any idea how I can get the cover art to move over as well with the renamed files?

After the move takes place I see the old folder with the .jpg sitting in there.

I've attached my action to see.

I can't see the action. The Forum code has its issues. 🙁

Follow the Move statement by a Move Non Audio Statement. In the attached image I'm moving all non audio files and removing the source folders if they are empty. If you wish you can limit what is copied by file type.
