i would like to remove all fields except ARTIST;BPM;GENRE;TITLE;YEAR how can i achive this with an action

Check out the Clear statement. You can change it to an 'all but' mode by clicking on the blue circle at the top right of the table. When the circle is Red it implies clear all fields except the ones selected.
