Replace the (,) comma

I would like to replace the (,) comma with the word Feat. and the very last comma with the and symbol (&). Please see the example.

Example 1:

Artist: The Anxiety, Willow, Tyler Cole

Artist: The Anxiety Feat. Willow & Tyler Cole

Example 2:

Artist: Nardo Wick, G Herbo, Lil Durk, 21 Savage

Artist: Nardo Wick Feat. G Herbo, Lil Durk & 21 Savage

Is this possible?

Download the action at: https://2manyrobots.com/actions/InsertFeat.zip

Install the action by dragging it to the main window's file list area. You'll have an action named: Insert Feat. into Artist Field

Select a bunch of files and run the action. Note it will not modify any Artist field which already contains 'Feat.'
