Normal topicHelp with a rename template

I would like this to do what it appears to say on the tin. That is, to take the file name & use it as the title.

Unfortunately, when I run it nothing happens & I'm wondering what's broken.

You're using the wrong tin. Rename templates are used for renaming. You don't want to rename ... you want to copy the current filename to the title field. You can do this in an action or in the Multi Field Editor.
