The contents of the title are correct, but all toghether......no artist name tough in the Name section. And to extract the metadata, I already have a template: put the track in Itunes, drag it to Yate, and apply the template. Works perfectly. But here, as I have no artist name, do I have to go 1 by 1 ??

Okay you can find a 'one-shot' action here:

http://2manyrobots.com/actions/Zipaul-20140226.zip

This will only work if the first two components are the Artist and the remainder of the filename is the Title!!!!!!

1) Unzip the archive and import the file by Yate>Import Preferences.
2) Load the files to have artist and title extracted.
3) Select all the files to be modified
4) Action>User Defined>Zipaul-20140226

This will extract the Artist and Title fields from the filenames. It does not save the files!!!! I did this on purpose in case you don't like the results. Once you have the ARtist and Title fields you should be able to use your existing rename templates.

Download the action at:
http://2manyrobots.com/actions/RemoveUnderscores.zip

1) Unzip the archive and import the file by Yate>Import Preferences.
2) Load the files to be modified.
3) Select all the files to be modified
4) Action>User Defined>Remove Underscores

The action will replace underscores with spaces in: Artist, Album Artist, Album and Title

You can then rename however you wish.
